The Challenge
The Company, based in Turkey, delivered advanced security for government communications, naval operations, police surveillance, and inter-bank transactions. It had excellent technology, but raising more capital was difficult because of the secret nature of much of its work, and because of limits imposed by its Middle East-based government, military and banking clients.

True North’s Role
True North was retained to help the Company develop its investor presentation. In the course of doing that, True North also advised the Company in developing its core business plan and financial forecasts. True North also made introductions to potential funding sources for the Company.
